Will a hot tub actually run properly through a Saskatchewan winter?

Yes — the models we sell are built for it. Northern Leisure tubs use a five-part insulation system with a stainless-steel frame and weathertight base, and Hydropool Signature spas use a triple thermal shield. The winter is exactly when you'll use it most. Your plan includes a realistic January running-cost estimate for the model you're looking at.

What does delivery actually cost me?

Nothing on premium and Signature hot tubs or on any swim spa — delivery and placement are included within one hour of Yorkton, as long as we can get in with our equipment. Plug & play tubs and saunas aren't included; we quote those up front. If access needs a crane or extra equipment, that can be an additional cost and we'll price it before you commit. Electrical hookup is always separate — you'll need a licensed electrician, and your plan tells them exactly what's required.

Do I need a concrete pad?

Not always. A properly built deck, a compacted gravel base, or patio pavers can all work depending on the model and your ground. That's one of the first things we confirm from your backyard photos — before you spend money on a base you didn't need.

How do I know which model is right for me?

Answer a few questions in the hot tub or all-season pool matcher and we'll narrow the lineup down to the models that actually fit your family, your space and your base. Then one of our people walks you through the shortlist — no guessing off a spec sheet.

How many people should I size for?

Size for how you'll actually use it, not the biggest party you'll ever host. Most couples are happiest in a 4- to 5-seat tub; families with teenagers usually want 6. If you regularly have a crowd, look at the Laurentian II or the larger Signatures. We'll make a specific call in your plan.

Is a swim spa worth it instead of a pool?

For our climate, usually yes. A swim spa gives you swimming, low-impact training and hot tub soaking in one insulated unit you can run twelve months a year — and the dual-temperature models let you swim at 85°F on one end and soak at 104°F on the other. It costs far less than an in-ground pool that's usable for ten weeks.

Can I see one before I buy?

Please do — wet testing is available on select models. Come to our Yorkton showroom and sit in one that's hot and running, jets on, in your swimsuit. We'd rather you try what's on the floor and pick confidently than buy off a brochure and wonder.

Is the matcher really free?
